	Overview
	As an added benefit of Forecast membership, our December Members Only conference features a formal Question and Answer segment. To ensure that we afford your questions the appropriate consideration and analysis, we ask that you submit your questions to us prior to the conference via email at forecast@anderson.ucla.edu. We will attempt to get to all the questions within our allotted time frame. Has housing hit the bottom? Will problems on Wall Street affect Main Street? Can we get through the housing meltdown without a recession? How much and how long will housing wealth decline? When will consumers tighten their belts? Will there be a recession in 2008? Will housing weakness force a California budget crunch in 2008?
