  Overview
Housing starts have roughly doubled off their Great Recession lows, but remain at historically low levels. With prices rising and an absence of listings, bidding wars are breaking out in select markets. What is the potential strength and length of the housing recovery in terms of activity and prices? Moreover we will discuss whether or not apartments will sustain their torrid pace. The UCLA Anderson Forecast will cover these topics along with the release of our latest economic outlook for the Nation, State and Region.
