A veteran of the Forecast, Winnie Ocean is responsible for the smooth execution and
operation of the center’s programs and events. She manages staff to oversee every
administrative detail of our programs which include quarterly L.A. public conferences,
tri-annual seminars and regional programs in Orange County and San Diego.
In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Forecast office, Winnie is
responsible for the management of the Forecast’s annual members. This makes her the go
to person for anything related to annual membership which includes managing renewal,
recruitment, marketing and content distribution—basically providing the high level of
customer support that our on-going members have come to expert.
Ms. Ocean earned her B.A. in World Arts and Cultures and Masters in Film Producing both
from UCLA.
