Winnie Ocean began her work at the UCLA Anderson Forecast in
1997. As program manager, Ms. Ocean plans and coordinates conference, seminar
and special event arrangements, as well as marketing, program development,
business and subscriber support functions of the center. Often the first voice
people hear in connection with the Forecast, she provides a direct link between
the office and the public community. An alumna of UCLA, Ms. Ocean received her
bachelor’s degree just prior to joining the Forecast team.
