Jim Ritchie oversees long range planning at Los Angeles World Airports' (LAWA) four airports, including
the airport master planning process currently underway at Los Angeles International (LAX),
Ontario International (ONT), and Palmdale Regional (PMD) Airports. Previously, Ritchie was Orange County's
Program Manager for the development of the Base Transition Plan at El Toro and the Cooperative Agreement with
the Department of the Navy. Ritchie was also the U.S. Marine Corps' West Coast Director for all Base
Realignments and Closures (BRAC).
